DXR Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is thorough and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. We begin by understanding your organisation’s strategic goals, culture, and the specific requirements of the role. In addition to our extensive database of qualified candidates, our team leverages cutting-edge technology to identify potential matches. Each candidate undergoes a rigorous screening process, which can include technical assessments, leadership evaluations, cultural fit analyses and reference taking.

1. Client Research & Mandate:

DXR conducts initial research (if/when necessary) to understand how our client’s organisation is viewed externally. We meet with the relevant hiring manager/s and HR to better understand our client's unique working environment, succession planning issues, diversity challenges, culture, values, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.

2. Market Mapping & Candidate Search:

We will then use the ideal candidate profile and our client’s unique requirements to map the market across geographies, industries, competitors, and any suitable internal candidates.

3. Attract Candidates:

DXR employs a range of innovative attraction techniques to target and attract both active and passive candidates based on the specific role requirements.

4. Evaluate Candidates:

We then evaluate their suitability through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

5. Present candidate shortlist:

DXR then presents the Candidate shortlist with individual candidate reports.

6. Selection:

Next stage is to schedule interviews, support offer negotiation process and facilitate overall hiring process.

7. Follow up:

Once the candidate/s have started we ensure regular contact with both client and candidate to ensure the smooth onboarding and that expectations from both sides are being met and managed effectively.
